Just had a new furnace and A/C compressor installed by Stafford Mechanical. Excellent service all around from Rich down to the Technicians who did the work. Fast, friendly, professional and competitive. I would highly recommend. I will be using them for future needs.

I have lived in my home for 32 years and have had several HVAC Companies doing various jobs but no one has ever matched the service I got recently on the replacement of my Carrier AC Unit. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. They deliver 5-star workmanship and their attention to detail made the system the most efficient it can be. I got several bids and Stafford Mechanical had the lowest saving our family lots of money. My only regret is that I didn’t discover them sooner! I highly recommend them.

We thought very highly of the people who did the work (removal of our old a/c system and replacement with a new one). They were polite, friendly, helpful, and willing to answer questions and give explanations. They tried to have as little impact on our daily lives as possible, and cleaned up after their work very well. We were impressed with how hard they worked (despite extremely hot days), for how long they worked each day, and by how nice they were. On the day the installation itself was finished, they stayed until well after 5 p.m. to make sure everything was running properly.

SMS was great. AC went out in the middle of the night and they sent Wyatt out first thing when I called. He did a great job of diagnosing the problem, explaining it to me and taking care of the issues. All within an hour or so. Great guy, and I had AC back – not unimportant on a 94 degree day.

Had our A/C wall units cleaned and serviced. Brian and his helper (sorry I didn’t get his name) did an amazing and thorough job. Our units are run and smell much better now. Thank you!!
